  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as strategic management, planning, market analysis, financial analysis, or project management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing business documents and presentations.
  • Keen interest in business strategy, market trends, and investment analysis.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Eager to learn about strategic portfolio management and business development.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in conducting industry and market research to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different business units to improve inter-SBU coordination and operational efficiency.
  • Support the preparation of investment proposals, business concept papers, and joint venture (JV) plans.
  • Participate in roadshows, seminars, trade fairs, and policy meetings to stay informed on industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and analysis of business strategies in key sectors such as automotive, energy, agriculture, and engineering.
  • Help identify and research potential strategic business partners for collaboration.
  • Assist in compiling and delivering reports, presentations, and other materials for senior management.
