Responsibilities & Context

ConsultX Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our Senior Student Counselors and gain hands-on experience in the field of international education consultancy.

  • Document Management: Help in preparing, organizing, and sending visa-related documents and application forms to universities.
  • Social Media Engagement: Play an active role in promoting IELTS and Study Abroad Services through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Regularly update and engage with followers to enhance our online presence.
  • Data Management: Update and manage the client database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • IELTS Registration and Course Coordination: Aid in the IELTS registration process for British Council and IDP. Coordinate with trainers and students to schedule and manage IELTS Preparation Courses as per students’ preferences and trainers’ availability.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including attending client meetings and preparing reports.
  • Learning Opportunity: Interns will have the opportunity to learn client counseling from Senior Student Counselors. This responsibility may be added when the intern transitions to a permanent position.
