• Achieve sales targets and conduct regular customer visits
• Maintain and update records in SalesforceCreate new customers, contacts, and sales opportunities
• Follow up on quotations to convert to orders and track payments
• Lead the service team and ensure proper documentation of sales and service calls
• Organize customer training and provide support via phone for product-related inquiries
• Collaborate with Sales, Management, and key partners (Endress+Hauser, Precia Molen, Kaye) to meet sales and service goals
• Ensure field service engineers have proper equipment and maintain quality standards
• Monitor service performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Stay updated on product knowledge to support sales and service needs
