- Age should be between 18 to 30 years.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with O-Level, A-Level, or excellent spoken English proficiency will be given preference.
- Must be willing to work night shifts aligned with USA and Canada business hours (Bangladesh Time: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Willingness to complete a 3–6 months probation period, based on individual performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally.
- Strong persuasion, customer handling, and active listening skills with proper telephone etiquette.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable interacting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds while maintaining professionalism.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and other basic computer applications.
- Previous experience in Call Centers, Telemarketing, Customer Support, Telesales, or BPO operations will be considered an advantage, but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context
- Make outbound calls to customers in the USA and Canada while following approved communication scripts and company guidelines.
- Understand customer requirements, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information, appropriate solutions, or alternatives.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services over the phone by effectively communicating their features and benefits.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, courteous, and customer-focused interactions.
- Handle customer concerns and objections efficiently to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM or call center database.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales performance and customer service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, communication standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
