Responsibilities & Context
- Join Universal IT’s international deployment team and work on outbound telemarketing, lead generation, direct sales, or premium customer support projects based on assignment.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls with residential and corporate customers across the USA and Canada.
- Manage the complete sales process, including presenting scripts, addressing customer objections, scheduling qualified appointments, and closing direct sales.
- Demonstrate excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, strong listening skills, and the ability to communicate naturally with North American customers.
- Possess strong sales skills, confidence, resilience, and the determination to achieve assigned performance targets.
