Additional Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the following areas: Education Consultancy Services, Immigration/ Visa Processing.
  • Overall knowledge of Australian and UK immigration policies and compliance requirements for student visas.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities & Context

  • Proper career counseling directly over the phone & face to face with the students and their guardians for further study in Australia and the UK.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements. Communicating confidently to prospective clients with accurate information.
  • End-to-end support in documentation and visa processing.
  • Maintaining good communication with clients, preparing applications for admission into different Australia & UK universities / maintaining other formalities related to entries with the university's international office.
  • Showcasing leadership by coaching other teammates.
