We are seeking both experienced and fresher telemarketers (with strong English skills) for projects targeting Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia. We value self-driven, motivated, and dedicated individuals for cold calling roles.
Job Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers in Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia in a timely manner.
Communicate fluently in English and be available for night shifts.
Follow provided communication scripts, while also being able to adapt and deviate from the script when necessary.
Handle customer inquiries and sell services/products over the phone according to instructions.
Identify customer needs, clarify issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Search for new targeted leads to expand the client base.
