Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct thorough research on potential merchants using Google and various social media platforms.
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive database containing merchant contact details.
  • Regularly verify and update the accuracy of the gathered information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insightful information and analysis based on the collected data.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate data entry into relevant systems and databases.
  • Organize and categorize information to facilitate easy accessibility.
  • Undertake various tasks and projects as assigned by the department.
  • Collaborate with team members to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Attend regular meetings with the director to discuss ongoing tasks, progress, and areas of improvement.
  • Report findings during meetings and seek guidance for further actions.
