Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 25 years
  • Experience in Inventory and Warehouse Management.
  • At least two years of experience in Warehouse and inventory management with a total experience of five years after graduation.   
  • Hands-on experience in ERP online operation/ Inventory related software.   
  • Strong attention to details of inventory, and proactive critical thinking.   
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.   
  • Proficient knowledge of standard computer software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).   
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Fluency in the Local language and English will get preferences.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise warehouse staff and manage the inventory tracking system (deliveries, shipments, stock levels).
  • Monitor material stock levels and identify shortages to ensure smooth field operations.
  • Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of shelter and site development materials with supply chain teams.
  • Evaluate incoming and outgoing shipments to improve inventory control processes.
  • Ensure adequate stock availability across warehouses and distribution points.
  • Place purchase requests to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Analyze inventory data to forecast future demand and supply needs.
  • Prepare periodic inventory, stock, and adjustment reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and distribution point staff to achieve project goals.
  • Provide guidance and capacity building for warehouse teams.
  • Ensure inventory control, logistics coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain security and compliance standards in warehouses and distribution points.
  • Conduct and validate periodic physical stock verification.
  • Develop SOPs, guidelines, and checklists for inventory management.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
