Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels across all e-commerce and physical store locations. This role involves overseeing inventory control, ensuring stock accuracy, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing best practices to enhance inventory efficiency and support business objectives.

Inventory Management:

Ø Oversee and manage inventory levels across all e-commerce platforms and physical outlets.

Ø Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and perform cycle counts.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Ø Analyze inventory data, sales reports, and market trends to forecast demand and plan inventory needs.

Ø Track inventory turnover rates and adjust inventory levels based on analysis.

Supplier and Vendor Coordination:

Ø Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Ø Monitor vendor performance and address any issues related to inventory quality or delivery delays.

Technology and Systems Management:

Ø Utilize inventory management software and systems to track and manage inventory across all locations.

Ø Ensure integration between e-commerce platforms, POS systems, and inventory management tools.

Replenishment and Order Management:

Ø Develop and implement automated replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels.

Ø Manage safety stock levels and adjust reorder points based on demand forecasting.

Team Leadership and Training:

Ø Lead and train inventory staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures.

Ø Address and resolve inventory-related issues and discrepancies promptly.
