Responsibilities & Context

Investigate and prevent corporate and white-collar crimes committed within or against the company.

Investigate fraudulent claims and suspected irregularities that may arise.

Identify and investigate irregularities that may disrupt smooth production and operations.

Present investigation findings to the Board/Management and relevant law enforcement agencies, clearly outlining the offense, investigation process, and supporting evidence.

Recommend and support the implementation of measures to prevent fraud and irregular activities and facilitate recovery of any resulting losses.
