IT Associate

✔ Provide timely technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices used within the organization.
✔ Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems, software, and business applications.
✔ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, internet, and connectivity-related issues efficiently.
✔ Monitor and maintain office network devices, Wi-Fi systems, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
✔ Manage employee user accounts, email access, system permissions, and access credentials as required.
✔ Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, security patches, and data backups.
✔ Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, maintenance, replacements, and IT procurement when necessary.
✔ Maintain accurate IT inventory, equipment records, system documentation, and service logs.
✔ Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices, access controls, and data protection measures across the organization.
✔ Support new employee onboarding by preparing workstations, installing required software, and arranging necessary system and network access.
