The Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform across the organization. The role ensures that business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and operations are fully supported by the system, translating user needs into clear and actionable functional requirements. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Business Analyst will drive process improvement, system stability, and continuous enhancement aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze business processes and provide solutions to support manufacturing operations, including textile manufacturing and sewing workflows.
Provide daily support for Gildan production systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex user queries related to manufacturing systems.
Document new processes and procedures, prepare testing documentation, and create functional specifications or proposals.
Provide Microsoft Dynamics expertise to support operational and service needs, addressing support and enhancement requests.
Develop simplified and lean process improvements to optimize system usage, improve quality, increase productivity, and support business objectives.
Conduct reviews, walkthroughs, and solution testing to ensure deliverables meet SDLC and PMO standards.
Participate in integrated testing as required.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and IT personnel.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and continued system efficiency.
Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics system changes, enhancements, and best practices to recommend improvements.
