We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated IT Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a professional career in IT support, networking, and ERP solutions. The role offers hands-on technical experience, client interaction, and opportunities for field-level support activities.
Dhaka (Candidates must be willing to travel outside Dhaka when required.)
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment.
Provide technical support to clients through remote access, phone support, and on-site visits.
Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
Support basic networking tasks including TCP/IP configuration, LAN setup, router configuration, and switch management.
Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot performance-related issues.
Perform regular IT maintenance activities and maintain proper documentation of technical tasks and service reports.
Coordinate with senior IT team members to resolve and escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
Ensure system security by maintaining updated antivirus protection and implementing basic security measures.
Maintain inventory records of hardware, software, and IT service activities.
Assist in ERP software support, troubleshooting, and user issue resolution.
Provide basic training and guidance to clients regarding ERP software usage and functionality.
Be prepared to work on roster-based or on-call support schedules as required.
Travel outside Dhaka when necessary to provide technical and client support services.
