Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage internal servers, network infrastructure, end-user support, and software administration.
  • Install, configure, and support large-scale production and network infrastructure (e.g., switches, firewalls, load balancers).
  • Troubleshoot network issues, perform fault analysis, and troubleshoot hardware problems.
  • Possess knowledge of network fundamentals and general network/device configuration.
  • Prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedules for IT software and equipment.
  • Practical knowledge of installing and configuring networking equipment (e.g., routers like MikroTiK, switches like CISCO, wireless devices).
  • Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, and inter-VLAN routing.
  • Plan and manage IT projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by team management.
