Responsibilities & Context

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
  • Monitor, update, and resolve IT support tickets in the ticketing system.
  • Assist the IT team in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with IM/IT policies by users.
