Nadia Furniture is seeking motivated and responsible fresh graduates to join the IT Department at its factory. This role will support daily IT operations, system maintenance, and user support within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support to factory office and operational staff.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related hardware devices.
Assist in the maintenance of LAN, internet connectivity, and internal network systems.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset records.
Support data backup processes and basic system security under supervision.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Assist with basic server security, backup, and monitoring tasks.
Apply fundamental networking knowledge to support daily operations.
