  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the successful implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Possess strong expertise in managing desktops, laptops, servers, software, printers, and networking equipment, including CCTV systems.
  • Proficient in Windows Server Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Office 365 administration.
  • Knowledgeable in configuring and managing wireless routers and IPT services.
  • Monitor network devices and services to ensure seamless operations and that all services are functioning properly.
  • Conduct ERP and IT training sessions to enhance basic computer skills and familiarize employees with essential applications.
  • Assess the current and future needs of the ERP system, recommending improvements to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and reconciliation of IT systems and services.
  • Maintain the smooth operation of all inventory system modules to support business processes.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
