IT Officer

✔ Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.

✔ Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure to ensure maximum system uptime.

✔ Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, user accounts, shared folders, and access permissions.

✔ Monitor server performance, perform routine software updates, security patches, and system health checks.

✔ Provide technical support for ERP, Accounting, Inventory, HR & Payroll, and Production Management software.

✔ Coordinate with ERP vendors for implementation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

✔ Maintain software licenses, technical documentation, and ensure uninterrupted operation of production-related IT systems.

✔ Support barcode systems, attendance devices, weighing systems, production terminals, and label printing solutions.

✔ Collaborate with Production, Store, Maintenance, HR, Accounts, Commercial, and other departments to fulfill IT requirements.

✔ Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, DVR/NVR storage, and recording backups.

✔ Implement data backup, disaster recovery, antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security measures to safeguard company information.

✔ Manage Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, official email accounts, company domains, and related communication services.

✔ Maintain IT asset inventory, including procurement, issuance, repairs, replacements, and disposal of hardware and software.

✔ Provide timely technical support to employees by resolving hardware, software, printer, networking, and internet-related issues.

✔ Conduct user training on company software, IT best practices, and cybersecurity awareness.

✔ Liaise with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), software vendors, hardware suppliers, and service providers while supervising AMC and warranty services.

✔ Prepare and maintain IT policies, system documentation, network diagrams, security reports, and ensure compliance with organizational IT and information security standards.
