Additional Requirements

• Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of hardware; install and configure operating systems, software, and network components.

• Prepare, install, configure, and set up PCs, workstations, laptops, UPSs, printers, multifunction printers, and provide prompt support for related hardware and software issues.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of computer systems so users can work efficiently and effectively.

• Provide comprehensive technical support to the office, including preparing procedural documentation and relevant technical reports.

• Manage inventory of IT assets, including computers, laptops, printers, UPSs, scanners, multimedia projectors, and various software and operating systems.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.

• Deliver end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers, and other IT equipment in accordance with office IT policies.

• Liaise with service providers, vendors, and external organizations, and take necessary actions to meet operational requirements.
