Job Function: IT Security
Location: Corporate Head Office, Dhaka
VAPT & Threat Management: Execute comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) utilizing Kali Linux, generate detailed security assessments, and collaborate across departments to streamline remediation efforts.
ISMS & Policy Governance: Oversee and maintain all internal Information Security Policies, organizational procedures, and ISMS documentation while championing active risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and security compliance programs.
Security Awareness Training: Design and deliver impactful Information Security Awareness and Cybersecurity Training initiatives to build and nurture a resilient security culture across the workforce.
ISO/IEC 27001 Audits: Conduct rigorous internal ISO/IEC 27001 audits, track compliance with core ISMS standards, and actively support official external certification and ongoing surveillance audit processes.
Infrastructure Monitoring & Improvement: Continuously track cyber threats, security incidents, servers, networks, and active services using specialized monitoring systems (such as Zabbix) to propose and implement proactive, corrective, and continuous improvement measures.
