Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Computer Engineering (CSE), Information Technology from any reputed government or private university.

Experience

• 8 Year to 10 Year

Additional Requirements

• Provide IT support to all office-based and remote employees working in various locations.

• Computing Devices: Desktops, laptops, MacBooks, Windows, Android, Apple mobile devices, and other tech devices.

• Office Equipment: Printers, photocopiers, scanners, projectors, CCTV cameras, IP cameras, access control systems, and other technical equipment.

• Network & Internet Equipment: Routers, servers, modems, cabling, switches, access points, Wi-Fi networks, PABX, etc.

• Power Devices: UPS, DVRs, and other power-related equipment.

• Software Installation, Configuration & Updates: Install, configure, and upgrade software as needed.

• Email System Management: Handle company email systems, including user setup, email security, mailbox management, and troubleshooting.

• Data Security & Backup: Ensure software security to protect data and manage user accounts for data backup.

• Video Conferencing Support: Organize and manage local and international calls via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.

• Attendance & Employee ID Systems: Maintain attendance software, machines, and employee ID card systems.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain IT procedures and troubleshooting guidelines.

• Asset Management: Keep accurate records of IT assets, including computers, equipment, and software licenses.

• IT Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment.

• Social Platforms & Website: Manage and update the company's social platforms and website.

• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by administration.
