A leading bank is seeking smart, energetic, and tech-savvy professionals to join as IT Support Associates (ISA). The role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring uninterrupted banking operations with efficiency and professionalism.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across branches and head office.
Troubleshoot issues related to PCs, printers, scanners, LAN/WAN, and core banking applications.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, antivirus, and authorized banking software.
Monitor and optimize system performance through regular maintenance.
Support users with system access, password resets, and application troubleshooting.
Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment movement logs.
Assist in workstation setup, user account creation, and network configuration.
Coordinate with vendors and central IT for repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and data protection policies.
Conduct routine system checks, backups, and updates to prevent downtime.
Provide on-site and remote assistance to branch users as required.
