Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to establish manufacturing processes and production standards.
  • Estimate production costs and assess the impact of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
  • Create Standard Minute Values (SMV) for order pricing.
  • Develop production SMV for order execution.
  • Collaborate to coordinate quality control objectives and activities, aiming to resolve production issues, enhance product reliability, and reduce costs.
  • Draft and design layouts for equipment, materials, and workspace to demonstrate maximum efficiency using industrial engineering methods and tools.
  • Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to gain insight into manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
