Responsibilities

• Regularly recruit and onboard new personnel within the assigned territory.
• Develop effective action plans to set and achieve business targets for insurance agents and other field officers.
• Supervise team members’ daily activities and support them in insurance policy marketing and sales.
• Conduct weekly meetings and provide necessary training to marketing officers to improve their performance.
• Evaluate daily activities and submit regular business performance reports to the Development Administration Department.
