Role Purpose

The Partner Operations Specialist will support the Content Partnerships team in overseeing the daily operations of OTT and content partners. Key responsibilities include managing partner payments, ensuring content readiness and brand compliance, coordinating platform content curation, maintaining partner relationships, and preparing performance reports. The role will serve as a central coordination point between external partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Payment Operations & Tracking

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end operational process for partner payments.

• Facilitate the collection and exchange of invoices, supporting documents, reconciliation records, and other necessary payment documentation.

2. Creative Vetting & Brand Compliance

- Coordinate the review and approval of partner marketing materials, campaign creatives, and communication content in accordance with partnership agreements.

3. Partner Content Roadmap Management

• Develop and maintain an updated, consolidated content roadmap and calendar for each partner.

• Communicate regularly with partners to collect upcoming content schedules, priority titles, new releases, and other relevant updates.

4. Platform Content Curation & Partner Page Management

• Monitor the availability, accuracy, and visibility of agreed partner content on Bioscope+ and relevant partner-specific pages or sections.

• Ensure content is properly organized and presented across relevant categories, collections, and partner pages.

5. Content & Partner Performance Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on partner and content performance using available business and platform data.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including content consumption, subscription and conversion rates, audience engagement, and other agreed performance metrics.
