Responsibilities & Context

1) Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
2) Transfers information from paper formats to the system software.
3) Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
4) Verifies integrity of data by comparing it with source documents.
5) Performs regular backup related activity to ensure data preservation.
6) Competitiveness and adaptation capability to perform any other task assigned by reporting Manager of additional assigned tasks as required.
