Skills

Responsibilities & Context

Reconcile all accounts within the required timeframe and prepare all monthly reports.
Analyze all financial records and assist in consolidating all financial statements.
Prepare all required correspondence, maintain all accounting files on ERP software, and ensure the accuracy of the same.
Ensure proper maintenance of the book of accounts. Should have sound knowledge of making vouchers and posting accounting entries.
Review, check, and clarify any types of expenditures and all bill vouchers with the proper approval.
Input daily transactions into the accounting software.
Submit a daily report to the senior management.
Ensure accountability for all financial transactions.
Comply with the company's accounting policies as well as international accounting standards.
Assist the audit team in conducting the financial audit on time.
Any other work assigned by the management, where necessary
