Additional Requirements


  • 0.6-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (Fresher are encourage to apply) .
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Process day-to-day payments for vendors and be involved in the end-to-end process.
  • Recording transactions in the accounting software or manually.
  • Monitoring of cash Flow and Fund Flow as per company policy.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
  • Ensure that all applicable tax and vat are deducted from the invoices.
  • Prepare monthly receipts and payment accounts.
  • Ensure all accounting source documents are accurately recorded and preserved.
  • Completion of the monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
  • Supervise and manage general ledger accounting functions.
  • Maintain good rapport with different scheduled banks, NBFIs, FIs and insurers.
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Assist external auditors when conducting the audit of financial statements.
  • Prepare necessary reports periodically required by management.
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Concerned Authority
