Responsibilities & Context

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective security system to ensure the safety and security of personnel, materials, and machinery across the entire factory premises. Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and update the security system to maintain a safe and secure work environment within the factory.
  • Closely monitor, control, and manage employee movements during entry and exit, as well as effectively manage visitor flow.
  • Supervise, control, and monitor the security staff, ensuring regular duty rosters are made for security guards and staff, confirming their daily duties.
  • Maintain an effective security management system by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures according to regulatory requirements.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of security-related activities, including C-TPAT, 7-Point, 5-Point, WRAP, and SCS/GSV audits, and act as a Training Instructor for security-related training.
  • Coordinate fire evacuation drills and other training programs to enhance safety knowledge and awareness.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on Fire, Safety, and Security for all security personnel.
  • Keep all security-related compliance records and registers up to date.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
