Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Install and Configure: Set up and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
• Analyze Needs: Assess staff requirements, identify vulnerabilities, and enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• System Design and Administration: Design, document, implement, test, and administer systems and networks to ensure they meet business needs and integrate seamlessly.
• Software Upgrades: Implement application and software upgrades, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Employee Training: Train staff on the use of software and hardware, and provide technical support as needed.
• IT Support: Resolve IT queries and troubleshoot issues related to desktops/laptops, computer hardware, software, printers, and networking problems.
• System Maintenance: Manage and maintain IT systems, including networks, servers, and CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Technical Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Office 365, and MikroTik Router/IPT service.
• Network Monitoring: Monitor network devices and services for smooth operation and resolve issues promptly, ensuring all services remain operational.
• Training and Evaluation: Conduct ERP and IT training for basic computer skills and other applications, evaluate and recommend changes to ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
• Reporting and Reconciliation: Ensure periodic reporting and reconciliation.
• Inventory System Management: Ensure the smooth operation of all inventory system modules.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships across all organizational levels.
• User Support: Provide support for computer-related issues and resolve user problems.
• Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Application Development: Analyze requirements and develop web and desktop applications to meet organizational needs.
