  • Strong understanding of inventory valuation methods such as Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) and First-In-First-Out (FIFO).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Creating Material Receiving Reports (MRR): Document and verify received materials.
  • Issuing Delivery Gate Passes: Facilitate carton delivery both internally and to external parties.
  • Processing Goods in ERP Systems: Generate GRN & OGP records in Oracle ERP.
  • Record Maintenance: Update carton inventory records in Tally software.
  • Invoice and Challan Tracking: Follow proper material receiving procedures based on PO, invoices, and challans.
  • Stock Requisition Delivery: Manage material delivery based on approved Stock Requisition (SR).
  • Information Sharing: Provide in-house updates to relevant departments.
  • Material Storage: Ensure proper storage adhering to sustainability, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Generating Purchase Requisitions: Raise requests based on historical consumption data.
  • Stock Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic, monthly, and semi-annual stock statements to the concerned department.
