Responsibilities & Context

1. Inbound & Outbound Call Management:
- Efficiently handle all incoming queries, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly.
- Make proactive outbound calls to reach new potentials or when necessary, such as for follow-ups or to provide additional information.
- Maintain clear records of all leads, noting details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, as well as actions taken.
2. Meeting Scheduling:
- Coordinate with various departments to set up client meetings, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
- Oversee the management of a digital calendar, keeping track of recurring meetings, special client requests, and any rescheduling needs.
3. Social Media Page Management for Customer Support:
- Monitor company's social media channels daily, addressing customer queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work in collaboration with the marketing department to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
4. Online Customer Interaction Management:
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions on all online touchpoints, such as website chat, email, and specialized platforms.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customer interactions, ensuring that feedback is documented and shared with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
