  • Sound knowledge of product costing, pricing processes and inventory management.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and manage sample Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure timely execution of processes.
  • Handle bookings and follow up on fabrics and accessories for both development and bulk orders.
  • Prepare and review Bills of Material (BOM) to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor the shipping of samples and other product development processes.
  • Understand and manage tech packs, facilitating seamless communication of production requirements with internal and external teams.
  • Liaise with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely execution and shipment of orders.
  • Lead fabric and trim sourcing activities from local and international suppliers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor quality control processes at every stage of production to maintain standards and compliance.
  • Support pricing and costing activities, including marketing efforts and buyer negotiations.
  • For senior positions: supervise and lead the merchandising team to ensure efficient coordination and execution of all merchandising activities.
