Jr. Graphics Designer

✔ Age: 20–30 years.

✔ Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.

✔ Good understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual composition.

✔ Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

✔ Good English communication skills.

✔ Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and accept constructive feedback.

✔ Basic knowledge of UI design, Figma, or mobile app graphics is an advantage but not mandatory.

✔ Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

✔ Familiarity with AI-powered design tools, with the ability to review, refine, and responsibly use AI-generated outputs, is an advantage.

✔ Fresh graduates with a strong creative portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview

As a Jr. Graphics Designer, you will create graphics, advertising creatives, and videos for mobile applications, websites, and digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Development teams and receive guidance from senior designers to deliver consistent, high-quality visuals for live projects.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design engaging social media creatives, banners, and marketing materials for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

✔ Create App Store screenshots, app icons, promotional images, and other mobile app-related graphics.

✔ Prepare UI assets, icons, and illustrations in collaboration with developers and the Product team.

✔ Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and marketing materials.

✔ Design static, video, and rich-media banner advertisements for online advertising campaigns.

✔ Conceptualize, design, and develop creative assets based on product briefs, campaign objectives, and project requirements.
