✔ Age: 26 to 32 years

✔ Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
✔ Experience with ERP or inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) will be an added advantage
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
✔ Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
✔ High level of attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and reporting
✔ Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, spare parts, and goods to ensure quality and accuracy
✔ Maintain updated and accurate inventory records using ERP systems as well as manual documentation
✔ Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved requisitions
✔ Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
✔ Ensure proper tagging, storage, and preservation of materials in line with safety and quality standards
✔ Assist in regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies
✔ Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operational workflow
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
✔ Prepare and submit inventory reports, stock movement, and usage reports to management
✔ Ensure compliance with factory safety guidelines, internal policies, and SOPs
