Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct quality assessments of phone interactions and social media engagements, arranging skill development sessions for team members when needed.
  • Monitor and manage order processing, stock levels, delivery schedules, and installation steps to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve product exchange cases by negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, benefiting both the company and the customer.
  • Ensure timely initiation of EMI processes and monitor all related activities.
  • Review and address any low-scoring orders or those requiring corrective action.
  • Keep track of competitor activities and work closely with the marketing team to accelerate campaign needs.
  • Develop weekly/monthly campaign schedules and collaborate with marketing for seamless and on-time campaign launches.
  • Regularly update website content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Handle urgent departmental tasks effectively, ensuring they are managed promptly and efficiently.
  • Compile daily/monthly performance and outcome reports as needed by the department.
