Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center or Telesales operations.
Background in Telecommunication or IT industry preferred.
Experience in EdTech, IT Training, or Student Consultancy will be considered an added advantage.
Proficient in computer operations with sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to engage with customers.
Contact potential clients to promote and sell company products and services.
Identify customer needs, provide appropriate product recommendations, and deliver accurate information to generate interest and drive sales.
Convert leads into successful sales and consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions in the company database.
Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
Gather customer feedback and share insights for improving products, services, and overall customer experience.
Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
