Responsibilities & Context

Genesys Softwares is looking for a talented and creative Jr. UI/UX designer. You will collaborate with the UI/UX team, stakeholders, and developers to bridge the gap between requirements and technical implementation, actively shaping the application's visual appearance and functionality.


  • Produce high-quality UI/UX design solutions using Figma or Sketch.
  • Create UI prototypes that clearly outline how the application operates and looks.
  • Develop illustrations, icons, and other designs using digital sketching tools (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Resize assets for various devices—tablet, mobile, and web.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and mind maps for applications.
  • Brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
  • Work with front-end developers, providing them with all necessary assets to build the UI.
  • Have a keen eye for design, color, and typography.
  • Pay attention to visual details.
  • Experience with digital arts, transitions, animation, and motion design is a plus.
