Responsibilities & Context

Mediusware Ltd. is seeking five dynamic and experienced Business Analysts to join our innovative team. As a Junior Business Analyst at Mediusware, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Requirement Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
 
Data Analysis:
  • Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
 
Documentation:
  • Create detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Ensure clear communication and understanding between business stakeholders and the development team.
 
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and project management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
 
Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align business objectives with technology solutions.
 
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
