  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various aspects of e-commerce operations.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and basic account management is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and schedule daily social media posts across various platforms.
  • Oversee order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues and customer concerns.
  • Update and maintain day-to-day sales accounts.
  • Manage product listings (SKUs) on the website.
  • Update product SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as required.
