Additional Requirements
Proven experience in visual storytelling, creative design, branding, and the development of training and eLearning content.
A portfolio demonstrating interactive learning experiences and innovative design work.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
Support the creation of training resources, including tutorials, videos, animations, audio programs, podcasts, manuals, step-by-step guides, and other instructional materials.
Develop eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
Write scripts based on provided material or produce original scripts as needed.
Assist in the development of syllabi, curricula, and course plans.
Map lesson structures and design the end-to-end learner experience across modules.
Create interactive, engaging learning activities, assessments, and multimedia components.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, usability, and technical reliability.
Ensure all content aligns with accessibility standards and industry best practices.
Collect and integrate feedback from subject matter experts, learners, and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including multilingual scripts, revision histories, asset inventories, and supporting files.
Manage file organization and version control throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, SMEs, graphic designers, animators, and cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
Design and develop content for eLearning, distance learning, and other digital learning platforms.
Prepare final publishing packages with accurate formatting and technical specifications.
