Responsibilities & Context

  • A Service Engineer will be hired for the ATM/CRM/Online CDM/Offline CDM/Cash Sorter Support Team within the Technology Operations Department.
  • Install and set up ATMs, CRMs, Online CDMs, Offline CDMs, and Cash Sorters, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Provide field service support for customers and manage customer complaints effectively.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on various products.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management as needed.
