Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Facebook, Shopify/website backend, and courier dashboards such as RedX.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
Skills
Process and manage online orders received via Facebook Inbox, Website, and RedX courier system.
Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth order fulfillment.
Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, payments, and delivery updates.
Maintain accurate order records and prepare daily sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Support product uploads, stock updates, and overall online inventory management.
