  • Ability to review and ensure designs are polished, aligned with the video content, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conceptualize, design, and create engaging and dynamic thumbnails for videos, tailoring each design to meet the specific audience and content style.
  • Work with the content team to understand each video and produce thumbnails which effectively highlight the key message or emotion.
  • Keep up-to-date with thumbnail trends on various platforms, analyze competitors, and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Prepare designs based on feedback and performance data to improve thumbnails continually.
  • Maintain an organized system for saving and archiving thumbnail assets.
