  • Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding attendance, leave records, salary, and overtime sheets requires meticulous record-keeping.
  • Preparing salary sheets, pay slips, and bills involves precise calculations and document generation.
  • Arranging training programs for workers and staff requires identifying training needs and developing relevant modules.
  • Recording key discussions and outcomes is essential for proper documentation of meetings and training sessions.
  • Addressing disciplinary actions involves enforcing company policies and conducting thorough investigations.
