  • Candidate who have experience in Inventory/Store related work will get preference   
  • Must have Computer Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel         
  • Experience working with inventory management software                
  • Should have good communication & interpersonal skill
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

Responsibilities & Context

  • To receive materials as per purchase order             
  • Store checking & Materials distribution as per requisition        
  • Apply FIFO for materials distributions            
  • To ensure Safety Stock level of materials        
  • To ensure materials quantity and quality       
  • To Check and follow-up Inventory monthly report both Head Office and Site       
  • To prepare & Check MPR and GRN/MRR           
  • To maintain store ledger with proper entry of GRN,MIN and STO        
  • To prepare MIN and posting in software        
  • To collect all monthly report from project within schedule time            
  • To prepare various Letter, Internal Memo, Meeting Minutes etc
