Maintain accurate documentation for all IPQC activities.

Conduct in-process quality checks according to the approved quality plan.

Ensure compliance with personal hygiene, GMP, food safety, and environmental monitoring standards.

Verify proper labeling, sealing, and packaging of finished products in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Handle laboratory equipment and ensure timely calibration.

Conduct hazard analysis, validation, and verification activities in line with the HACCP plan.

Provide support during ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, Regulatory, GMP, and BRCGS audits.

Investigate market complaints through sample analysis, root cause identification, and CAPA implementation.

Monitor and verify CIP parameters as per established SOPs.
