Responsibilities & Context

Maximize retail coverage to drive cement sales.
Ensure product availability across all retail outlets within the territory.
Assess market needs and adapt services accordingly.
Collect orders from retailers, construction sites, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, homeowners, site owners, and contractors.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.
Collaborate with the team to enhance performance.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Regularly visit retailer outlets and construction sites along the route.
Retain current cement customers and acquire new ones.
Gather and provide market data on competitors, sales volumes, campaigns, and market share to the Area In-charge.
Collect and place orders from the market.
Contribute to revenue growth by meeting sales targets.
Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Identify and onboard new clients to maximize revenue.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the authority/management.
