Additional Requirements


  • 6 Months - 12 Months of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6) and ability to write raw HTML/CSS for creating responsive websites.
  • Basic understanding of browser APIs, DOM manipulation, and familiarity with modern CSS techniques (Grid, Flexbox, Variables).
  • Knowledge of UX patterns, design systems, and CSS preprocessors/frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API development using Next.js, NodeJS, or ExpressJS is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch.
  • Familiarity TanStack Query with frontend libraries across the stack.
  • Ability to handle individual projects effectively while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Positive attitude towards work and efficient use of weekends.
  • Strong sense of accountability and proactive approach to project delivery.
  • Demonstrated discipline, adherence to dress code, and corporate etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.

Responsibilities & Context

This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in software development. Upon successful completion of a three-month training period, the Junior Frontend Developer will be confirmed in the role.
 
  • Develop interactive user interfaces from business requirements and design systems using React.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap 4+.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement elegant user experiences.
  • Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive web pages.
  • Implement best practices in coding, including event-driven programming, asynchronous programming, and progressive web applications (PWAs).
  • Ensure code quality by following Git best practices for version control.
